Signet & Coriander Coffee

This drink isn't exactly a cocktail, but like every great cocktail, it is a study in harmony, balance, and a bit of the unexpected.

I'll be grinding my own blend of coffee beans and coriander seed to create a unique cup of fresh-brewed coffee to accompany one of my favorite Signet serves - over a large cube of ice with a swath of orange peel.
